Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Helping you untangle the past so you can finally breathe in the present.
PTSD can make the world feel unpredictable—even when nothing is happening—and my approach is all about helping you find a sense of safety again without rushing or pushing you past your limits. I’ve worked with people in rehab settings, group programs, and private practice who carried trauma from childhood, relationships, violence, or years of chronic stress, and the common thread is that healing happens best when you don’t have to do it alone. My style is steady, grounded, and focused on helping you understand what your mind and body are doing, why it feels so intense, and how to slowly regain control over the memories and triggers that have been running the show. Together we work on reducing the flashbacks, hypervigilance, and shame that keep you stuck, and we build practical tools so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and calm.
