What to Expect in Your Therapy Sessions
In each therapy session, you'll have the opportunity to share what's happening in your life and explore what you hope to gain from therapy.
Your First Appointment
During the initial therapy session, we'll take time to get to know you, discuss your history, and identify your treatment goals. These goals will guide our work together and help us create a personalized plan for growth and healing.
Session Length and Format
Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes and can be held in person in Manasquan, NJ or as a virtual therapy session online—whichever works best for you. Sessions may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to fit your needs and preferences.
